1. Acceptance of Terms & Operating Scope
By browsing, submitting project details, or registering as a vendor on the UV InfraBuild Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as "UV InfraBuild") website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian statutory engineering regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our digital portal.
2. Project Estimations & BOQ Quotations Disclaimer
Online estimates generated via our multi-step RFQ system are indicative ballpark calculations based on preliminary built-up area and general civil construction benchmarks.
- Site Geo-Technical Validation: Official binding contract pricing requires comprehensive soil geotechnical reports, structural consultant drawings, and localized site topography audits.
- Material Price Escalation: Final rates for TMT steel (Fe550D), Ready-Mix Concrete (M30–M60 design mix), diesel fuel, and labor are subject to standard FIDIC / CPWD price escalation clauses.
- Formal EPC Agreement: No contract or legal obligation is formed until a formal, notarized EPC contract or Work Order is mutually executed by authorized corporate signatories.
3. Architectural Drawings & Intellectual Property
All architectural drawings, 3D structural BIM models, technical prequalification decks, project case studies, plant machinery photographs, and software algorithms published on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of UV InfraBuild Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial republication without written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Copyright Act, 1957.
4. Site Safety & Zero-Harm Code of Conduct
All personnel, subcontractors, machinery operators, and client inspection engineers visiting UV InfraBuild active project sites must strictly adhere to:
IS-certified hard hats, high-vis vests, steel-toe boots & safety harnesses.
Compulsory site safety briefing and daily Tool Box Talks (TBT) before shift start.
Immediate de-boarding for bypassing safety interlocks or hazardous misconduct.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
UV InfraBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, cyber attacks, or unforeseen geotechnical delays. In active construction contracts, project milestones are safeguarded under standard Force Majeure protections covering extreme monsoons, regional seismic events, government statutory orders, or nationwide grid interruptions.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms and all commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or civil contracting works shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India, and settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
